Collaborative design is integral to what we do at the Allied Media Conference – from the organizing process behind the conference’s “tracks”, “practice spaces”, and “network gatherings” to developing the AMC’s visual brand and identity. We interviewed the designers from The Work Dept. to learn more about the collaborative design process behind the AMC's new look.
Volunteers make the AMC happen! We are excited to open our call for volunteers for AMC2016. We welcome volunteers of all ages, identities and abilities, and especially look forward to applications from returning volunteers. The deadline to apply is May 10th.

Introducing the 2016 editions of the Allied Media Conference’s How We Organize the AMC zine and Presenter Guidelines zines. These publications show how this uniquely participant-designed conference is created each year, presenting strategies, tips, and the evolving lessons learned through our 18 years of organizing the AMC. Both zines have been updated with new content and fresh designs for 2016.
