We convened over 2,500 media makers, artists, and organizers for the 19th annual Allied Media Conference. Over four days and nights participants made media, developed new organizing strategies, met up with new and old friends, and partied at nighttime events. They also shared their experiences and reflections in real time on social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram using the hashtag #AMC2017. We read through over 4,300 tweets and hundreds of Instagram posts to showcase some of the highlights and themes from this year’s conference. Read on for AMC2017’s media round-up!
