AMP Trainings & Services: Helping you produce media for a more just, creative, and collaborative world

Allied Media Projects offers a wide variety of trainings and services to help you use media and creative communications to strengthen your work. The trainings and services we offer reflect the knowledge and resources we’ve amassed over 15 years of producing the Allied Media Conference, and offering local media programs in Detroit.

Our goal is to share tools, practices, skills, and equipment to help you produce media for a more just, creative, and collaborative world.

To fit your needs, we will draw upon both our "in-house" staff resources at AMP, as well as the expertise of AMP's national network of artists, educators, facilitators, and communications strategists.

A portion of the proceeds from all trainings and services contracts goes towards sustaining our community programs in Detroit.

Here are the trainings and services we have to offer:

Over the years AMP has been contracted to present media trainings to a wide variety of organizations. Some past clients include Highland Park School District, Restaurant Opportunities Center of Michigan, Michigan Roundtable, University of Detroit-Mercy, and the United Auto Workers.

AMP has also provided digital media services to organizations such as Detroit Farm & Garden, Yoga By Design Foundation, Detroit Digital Justice Coalition, Detroit Soup, Vanguard CDC, Latino Family Services, Boggs Education Center, Detroit Asian Youth Project, Ink in Bloom, and 5E Gallery.
