Essential info for AMC participants

AMC2012 is here! Congratulations! So, you're pre-registered for the AMC and ready to rock, here is some essential info to read prior to your arrival at the AMC.

REGISTRATION

Check-in at the registration table to retrieve your conference badge and program book. The hours of the registration table are as follows:

  • Friday (6/29): 8:00am - 7:00pm
  • Saturday (6/30): 8:00am - 6:00pm
  • Sunday (7/1): 9:00am - 4:00pm

**To speed up your check-in, please bring your order number to the registration table.

CORRECTION TO ACCESSIBILITY VAN PHONE NUMBER


Oops the number we have previously promoted (in the AMC2012 program, on the back of name badges) for the wheelchair accessible van is incorrect. The correct number is (732) 668-5211. Please spread the word.

FRIENDLY PEOPLE / HELP DESK

If this is your first AMC, and you feel overhwhelmed, or just need a little orientation, please stop by the Friendly People / Help Desk area, which will be located next to the registration table in McGregor Conference Center.

RSVP FOR PEOPLE'S KITCHEN

We're excited that this year, The People's Kitchen Detroit will provide a new locally-sourced, delicious food option for AMC participants on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Dinners will be $7 for vegetarians and $9 for omnivores. Please help them prepare for the AMC, by RSVPing to angela@peopleskitchendetroit.org if you plan to eat there.
