The Social Justice DiscoTech is a one-day social justice-focused skill-sharing extravaganza featuring numerous design and technology discovery stations. Held at the Bento Miso Collaborative Workspace in Toronto, funds raised through the event will support the Future Design Lab at AMC2014.

One of Detroit Future Schools' 11 Essential Traits of Mind, Habit and Character is "critical consciousness." We define critical consciousness as a process of "questioning established systems, practices, hierarchies, processes and histories, both macro and micro."
On January 18-20, organizers from around the country gathered at the Allied Media Projects office in Detroit to plan for the 21 Tracks, Practice Spaces, and Network Gatherings (TPSNG) of the 15th annual Allied Media Conference.
This animation took 3 days and 50+ AMC2012 participants to create. From dancing and providing the footage to animating each frame, this is 100% AMC2012 participant-produced!
